Range per charge is the estimated distance an electric motorcycle can travel from a full battery to a low charge. It is an estimate, not a fixed promise. Like the fuel consumption figure on a car, it is measured under particular test conditions that may be much easier than a busy daily commute.
A manufacturer may state a range based on a steady riding speed, a lighter rider, flat roads, moderate weather, and an efficient ride mode. Real life is rarely that tidy. Your actual distance can be higher or lower depending on how and where you ride.
