The Malaysia Law states that any electric bicycle with operating pedals, limited to 25kmph and with 250w of power (or less) is classified as a bicycle. While you can legally ride an electric bicycle anywhere standard bicycles can be riden, each state is responsible for the laws governing the use and operation of electric bicycles. Since the laws vary from state to state, please check with your local state of government or local authorities. If you are unfamiliar with local electric bicycle laws, consider this: • Police don't normally know the specific laws pertaining to electric bicycles. • Police often expect electric bicycle and scooter riders to wear a bicycle helmet. • Most electric bicycles look like ordinary bicycles to the casual observer.

Yes we do! Our electric scooters, electric bikes, and electric bicycles come with a limited warranty period of 6 months to 1 year (depending on model). The warranty covers key components such as the battery, controller and motor, subject to terms and conditions.

Battery charging times varies between manufacturers, models, battery types and capacity. There is a formula that allows you to averagely gauge the amount needed. Battery (Ah) / Charging current (A)= Charging time of battery (T) Ah / A = T eg. 10Ah / 2A = 5 hours

For the most part, every product we sell is water and weatherproof. But this does not mean they're water-tight! If you submerge any of these products in water, it will seep into the openings and likely cause damage. These products are fine in light rain or damp riding conditions. But during heavy down pours, we recommend pulling over and waiting for the weather to subside. If you plan on riding under the rain on a regular basis, we recommend taking extra steps to further waterproof your electric mobility. This includes ensuring all electrical connections are wrapped & sealed. All connectors and exposed openings are sealed with clear silicone. Please seek professionals to do so.

Most of our electric mobility models use Lithium-Ion (Li-Ion) batteries for longer lifespan, lighter weight, better performance, and lower maintenance. Li-Ion batteries typically last 3–4 times longer than traditional battery types. We also have selected models available with Lead Acid batteries as a more affordable option.

Battery life will vary depending on how well you maintain it. Typically, Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) batteries last the longest - anywhere from 700-1000+ charges. To extend the life of your battery, charge the battery regularly and promptly after each use. If you store your bicycle or scooter for prolonged periods of time, both the batteries and charger should be stored at temperatures above freezing and recharged every 4-6 weeks. The longer a battery sits uncharged, the faster the life will be reduced.
